Sunday training offers weekly adult classes and monthly kids sessions
This training is suitable for all ages (above 15 years) and skill levels, from those just starting out to the more advanced who may want a greater challenge.
Training covers all the fundamental movements and concepts of Parkour. Beyond that many other aspects of Parkour are covered, including strength and conditioning training, stretching and the philosophy behind Parkour and the training methods involved, the idea being you develop a strong base to build on in later training.
Suitable for children aged between 9 – 15 of any skill level or physical ability, this training covers all the fundamental aspects of Parkour delivered in a more appropriate manner for kids.
Some kids can attend our adult training if they are developed enough, but it is recommended that they at least try the kids training. Younger kids who may be over 12 years old may be asked to go to kids training if the leaders think that it would be more appropriate.
